Please browse our display and inform us the item number and quantities for the products you are interested. We will check the products availability and confirm the total cost. After that we will get back to you ASAP. When you confirm the order, we will prepare the goods and wait for payment. And we will send out the goods once confirm your payment. Shipment is mainly made via EMS express with tracking number.

All the prices on our website are for retail. Please note shipping cost is at buyer's account. If you order more than 5 bags with the same style & same color, please contact with us for special price.
Quality and Guarantee
We provide the best quality products and make sure we are sending the exact things you order before shipment. But in case there's any quality problem, we guarantee exchange or refund with the terms as below:
--- Any problems must be reported within 72 hours of receipt with clear photos
--- Returns only accepted for damaged or nonfunctioning items (eg. broken zipper, flap damaged)
--- Returns are not accepted on bags with minor flaws (eg broken stitch, incorrect date code, etc)
--- All returned merchandise must be in NEW condition with all tags attached
Shipment
Shipment Terms ( 99% guarantee pass customs ) We send parcel(s) mainly by express EMS / EMS Hongkong and etc. And these express carriers will handle the export declaration and freight forwarding, so it's door to door service.
Please note that buyer should pay for the shipping cost (and import duty if any). Shipment will be arranged within 24 hours after we receive or confirm payment. After that we will advise tracking number(s) and you can check the status online.
